Some Interview Questions Japan

1. What are you good at?

Obviously it seems like to give you the opportunity to show yourself, but if you perform too perfect, they Japanese interviewer may feel that you are conceited, and make a boast.
So only thing you can do is being better than average level, not best. Or you have a lot of certificate to prove your words.PS. They love certificate.

2. What are you not good at?

This question is likely to ask before or after question 1 frequently. For 1: Know how you think about yourself, it do not really want to know what is your weaknesses; For 2: If you also be asked question 1, they want to know how will you deal with it.

3. What is the most successful job you done?

Do not need to point out all detail,a summary is OK. But you must point out thing success because you done something.

4. Say a fail job that you done?

Yes, This question asked frequently before or after question 3. And the right answer is not: I did not fail.
How to answer this question?
Pick a Failure, but you are not the reason of fail. And what you do to try to make it right, and what you learn from it. Failure is not a terrible, learn nothing from failure is terrible.
