群马县川场滑雪场滑雪记

12月11日，跟随日本华人滑雪联盟组团乘坐大巴前往群马县川场滑雪场。

由于是一日往返的行程，早上5点就需要起床前往集合点。大巴于7点20左右出发，出发时间早路况良好，大概9点多就到了雪场。
因为是直接穿着滑雪服去的，所以省去了换衣服的时间，直接就去租单板（3000日元/天）。
对于第一次滑雪的人来说，有人教着带着滑一轮是很重要的。一般可以报雪场的滑雪教室（3500日元），但幸运的是一位同行的朋友（张san）愿意上午带两人。
于是我们坐着缆车上到初心者道，这时我觉得鞋子和板之间有些松垮，不太对劲。原来我为这次活动所购买的鞋子其实是登山鞋，并不能用于滑雪。
和管理缆车的工作人员解释了一下，坐着缆车下山去重租鞋子。补上（雪板+鞋子）套装的差价2000日元。换好鞋重新坐上缆车上山。坐缆车时需要刷IC雪卷，我放在胸口的口袋里，感应器大概30cm远就感应到了。
坐上山后终于可以开始学习单板啦。


张san教了我们如何固定鞋子和雪板；如何站立；如何移动；横滑停止技术。
比起双板来说，单板的移动要难，尤其是两只脚都固定在板上后，需要跳起移动非常的费力。
开始进行横滑停止练习时，只固定了一只脚。一般来说两脚间距为肩宽左右，但板上合适的位置上因为有固定器不能踩，所以觉得非常别扭，便干脆双脚固定在板上。反而舒服了很多。
11日的雪场为雪质良好的粉雪，当滑行速度不快时，即使摔跤也不是很疼。于是一旦觉得自己不能控制下滑速度，就一屁股坐在地上。
从10点左右开始滑，一路跌跌撞撞到12点半才滑下来。真是很感谢张san一路耐心的陪着我们。
运动后，中午饭量大增。饭后休息时发现，iPhone手机因放在外衣口袋里，被冻的和冰块差不多，电量显示量也从早上75%掉到5%。但实际上从上山后就一直没有使用，电量并没有减少这么多。而后下午的时候，iPhone竟然被冻关机了！

到了下午基本能控制好速度，慢慢往下滑了。由于滑的慢只来得及滑一轮，便提早还了雪具，喝着热饮休息。
回程的大巴上，大家互相介绍自己,临时主持人还给单身人士来了一场大巴“非诚勿扰”。

争取这个雪季再去几次。
