日本养老金

所谓养老金(日本称为年金)分为国民年金和厚生年金两种。
包括外籍人员在内、凡居住在日本的20～60岁的所有人、都必须加入国民年金。目前最低连续交满10年即可在65周岁后开始领取年金（养老金），但实际上仍然有不少人选择不加入。

交满25年可以在65周岁后领取全额的基本年金金额，而10年以上未满25年的则只能领取部分。每月所能领取的基本年金金额由所缴纳的年金总额，当年的生活消费水平相关。

对大部分对契约员工和临时工来说，公司不提供代缴年金的服务，需要自己自行缴纳。而正式员工则是由公司代为缴纳，按工资的一定比例从每月中的工资中扣除（公司与个人各50%）。由于很多在日家庭只有一人工作，故其配偶的年金也可一起缴纳。

加入年金的人可以领取到年金手册。旧时为橙色，现发行的为青色，只是不同时期发行的差别，实际上是一样的。

加入后想要退出的请注意，退出后领取退还的年金有期间限制并且不是100%退还。

Drama 6: Matters to settle

Save a settlement caught between the Pests and the Hungry.
