When you fight in Gym and win at least one Pokemon, the result page will show you how much Ex. and prestige got.
If you fight in different team's Gym, the prestige will be minused.
This prestige number is Gym's. So if you want to level up your team's Gym, try to win.
If Gym level up, it can contain one more Pokemon.If level is down, the Pokemon with lowest CP will be kicked out.
