Pokemon Go的初始背包只有250格，但是同一种精灵可以重复抓。终有放不下的时候，那么把精灵送给博士研究，作为回报从博士那里获得精灵糖。精灵糖可以用于升级和进化精灵。
You can transfer Pokemon for sugar which use to power up and evolve.
进入精灵背包，选择要送的精灵。
Open Pokemon box, find the Pokemon you want to transfer.
点击右下角小菜单按钮(三条线)
You can get back the Pokemon from Doctor, confirm before OK.
